INTERIOR VISUALIZATION SERVICES

The set includes 3-5 images for each zone in 4k resolution.
  • Complete task

    • A set of drawing documents including layout plan for furniture, lighting, flooring, etc.(DWG + PDF);
    • A full list of furniture, lighting, flooring, etc. used in the project; (XLS, Google Sheet);
    • Sketchup or Revit file with the developed design as a basis (SKP, RVT);
  • Usual task
    14$ per square meter
    • Furniture layout plan as a basis. Additional plans: lighting, flooring, etc. can be sketched(DWG);
    • List of furniture, lighting, flooring, etc. used in the project. (can be in the form of references or links).


  • Partial task
    18$ per square meter
    • Furniture layout plan (complete, or with main elements)(DWG);
    • Filling Requests (can be as screenshots); 
    • Style references.

WORKFLOW

Note: Each stage includes up to 2 rounds of revisions/comments.

1 Stage.
Gathering introductory information.
During the project familiarization phase, we ask the client for all the necessary information, familiarize and approve the cost of the project.
2 Stage.
Start of work on the project.
After agreeing the assignment and the cost of work, we prepare a contract and issue an advance invoice to the client for 50% of the project cost.

Payment is possible with:
•Apple/Google Pay
•SWIFT bank transfer
•WISE
•REVOLUT and other.

After signing and paying the invoice, we create a group in WhatsApp, where we will discuss and approve all stages of the project and start working.
3 Stage.
Developing the first set of previews for the project.
Our company works according to the principle of individual approach to every client. This method allows us to achieve success in problems of all levels.
4 Stage.
Internal comments.
The client makes comments before showing it to the customer, and we in turn prepare updated previews.
5 Stage.
Comments from the customer.
After the customer has studied the layouts and collected comments, we make changes.
The standard cost of cooperation includes up to two rounds of edits from the customer (3 rounds together with internal comments).

6 Stage.
Project Closure.
Once the project album is approved, we invoice the client for the remaining 50% of the project cost and prepare the final images in high quality(4000px, 2,5% - noise level).
Once the payment has been transferred, the project is considered closed.

  • Do you take individual rooms for work?
    Yes, but only on a pay-per-view basis. The minimum area in the work of projects with payment for area is 60 square meters.

  • What if I don't have enough comment circles?
    We evaluate the number of general comments on the project, as well as their scope. If minimal comments are needed without approval - we can make them and start final rendering. If the volume is large - we discuss their cost depending on the number of necessary changes.

  • How do I understand which scheme of work is more suitable for me?
    Send us all the information you have by e-mail and we will help you evaluate the project.

  • I have been let down by visualizers before, but I would like to try collaborating with you. How should I go about it?
    For new clients, we are willing to start a partnership by doing one small room postpaid to make sure everyone's happy.

  • How long will it take you to develop a project?
    A medium-sized project (80-100 square meters) takes an average of 2-4 weeks to develop from start to final images.

  • Can I get a discount?
    Yes. For larger project sizes, we are willing to discuss a discount per project.

  • How many projects can you run in parallel?
    With regular clients we can develop up to 4 projects in parallel without stretching deadlines.
