I guess I misunderstood the explanation, what kind of suspended ceiling should I have in the hallway? I'd prefer not to lower it by more than 5 cm. ;) The floor can be a fairly light wood color. Isn't a white kitchen and white countertop boring? Although it looks nice. The bedroom would be better with color, but maybe we could offer an alternative to green?
CEILING - We have lights behind the ceiling, in addition, built-in spotlights are mounted in it for lighting, also on the last version we added an element (rectangular on the ceiling) with a light. To adequately embed the LED backlight, we need to make a 100 mm recess. If we do not do this, then we do not make any lights on the ceiling in the niches, and we will stick to the ceiling 2-3 cm + overhead ceiling lights that do not have a built-in part.

The visualization in the hall does not show a wardrobe for jackets and shoes?
  • WARDROBE - It could be a closet with hangers arranged like this

I like the bathrooms, although where the green tiles are, they look ugly on the ground... I'm missing something in these bathrooms, Pazura... I like this contrast... are those stones large format tiles?
  • BATHROOM - Yes, this is a big format tiles. What do you mean "ugly" which tile exactly?

I like this setup better. And if I want to change the doors, I understand that it won't be a major change. It's mainly the cost of the renovation that determines whether I decide to go with it.
  • Yes, thats right

I've also seen mirrors like this, not entirely transparent, but they reflect the space, maybe something like that could be used between the cabinets and the countertop?
  • If it is what you want we can do that. This was the second circle of changes for the hallway and livingroom. We have one more circle which is which is included in the price.

We have used not very dark wood for floor so as not to make the whole space too dark. The standard doors look fine. We have changed all doors to standard becouse they are too close to each other and they have to be similar.
We insist on the ceiling made of plasterboard, it will take 100-120 mm and propose you to make the first level ceiling in the livingroom with the Led lighting to make it look more delicate and soft.
We also have changed the color scheme in fabrics to beige, but left the green tint in marble.

Also you haven`t said a word about the idea with light screens in the bedroom. Do we leave it?

Small space has been designed taking into accont the aim to save the functions of the standard full size apartment.

We have decided to place all the necessary items of the kitchen like oven and microwave oven. The conditioner has been placed behind the facade above the fridge and oven moduls.

In the bedroom we used the light screens to imitate the full size windows to feel comfortable in the bedroom. It takes very little space, about 100 mm for the acryl screen and LED lighting to be installed.

Speaking about the materials which we used: its microcement for floor coating - it is very staible and can be used even in a bathroom; MDF panels and paint.

We have also used Atlas Concorde tiles to imitate the stone
